Music For Sunny Days

Sunny days with nice warm weather require a certain type of music.  You cannot simply listen to just anything on a beautifully glorious day.  You need to have a music selection on hand that matches with the weather outside of course.  Why would you want to ruin a perfectly great day with music that really kills the sunshiney mood that you should be in?  Don’t do it my friend!  Add some of these sweet sunny songs to your playlist for days when the weather is warm and nice.

Bob Marley “Easy Skanking”

Bob Marley songs have a definite way to pick your spirits up and keep them up no matter the situation.  So why would you not want to enjoy a Bob Marley song on a day when the sun is out and bright?  Keep your mood chill and upbeat at the same time with the song “Easy Skanking.”  When you listen to this song you will definitely feel laid back and happy thanks to the simple lyrics and fun reggae tune.

Sublime “What I Got”

Like Bob Marley’s awesome music, I can’t think of many Sublime songs that would not be fitting for a sweet summer’s day.  ”What I Got” takes the cake though.  It is fun to turn up really loud and sing along to.  Once I hear it, I instantly get into a good mood.  So get yourself into a great mood and listen to some Sublime.

311  ”Down”

Ah, 311 makes music that had to have been inspired by sunny days.  Their tunes just sound like summertime.  ”Down” is just one of my all-time favorite songs by 311, so of course it’s on my sunny summertime playlist.  It’s just a great song to have on your list and jam out to, and it will definitely keep your spirits up, way up.

Creedence Clearwater Revival “Bad Moon Rising”

This song is a mood booster for sure.  When the sun is shining and you need a good pick me up, grab a cold beverage and crank up the CCR.  Particularly, this little number “Bad Moon Rising.”  You will love it, no doubt.

Beatles “Here Comes the Sun”

The sun is out, so sing along with the simple classic “Here Comes the Sun.”  Embrace the sunshine and enjoy the day!
